Q.Do you have the parts I want in stock? Are they made to order?
How long does it take for parts to be delivered?
A. The parts on display are basically in stock.
 Since they are also sold in Japan, they may run out of stock depending on the timing.
 Products that are made to order or take a long time to ship are listed on the individual pages.

Questions about products

Q. Can I cancel a purchase after it has been made?
A. Cancellation is possible before shipment.
If the product is found to be damaged upon arrival, it can be returned or exchanged.
 Please note that cancellations due to customer reasons, such as purchasing the wrong model number, are not possible.

Q. What is the durability and reliability of your products?
A. It varies from manufacturer to manufacturer, but we deal in products from reliable manufacturers as much as possible.

A. It depends on the product. For parts that control important functions, please have them serviced at a specialized store.

A.Due to international shipping costs, it is more economical to purchase in bulk.

Q. What are your payment options? Do you offer credit card or bank transfer options?
A. Bank transfer is the most economical way to purchase.

A. Yes, we offer price plans for large volume purchases.

Questions about technical support

Q. Do you provide technical support for product installation and troubleshooting?
A. We do not provide individual technical support. Please consult your local maintenance shop.

Q.Do I have to pay customs duty? How much does it cost?
A. Customs duties vary from country to country, so please contact the customs office of your country. Customers are responsible for customs duties.
