Return period:

a. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Returns will not be accepted if there is damage from installation or use.
b. All items must be returned in perfect condition, including original packaging and accessories.
c. We do not accept returns due to customer reasons such as wrong model number.
Return shipping fee:
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. However, if you receive the wrong item or the item is defective, we will cover the shipping costs.
Refund processing:
a. After the return is confirmed, we will process the refund of the product price. However, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
b. For credit card payments, refunds will be made to the original card. If you choose another payment method such as bank transfer, please contact us for a separate refund method.
About exchange:
Under the same conditions as returns, we will accept exchanges if you received the wrong item or if the item is defective. However, depending on the stock situation, it may be difficult to exchange.
Shipment will be shipped with a tracking number.
Please note that loss during transportation is not covered by compensation.
