Shipping charges will vary depending on the country of shipment and the size and weight of the product.
You can check it on the order screen.
Remote area or island charges, if applicable, will be billed separately for the difference.

Delay may occur depending on the inventory status in Japan and the manufacturer's stock.

The payment price does not include customs duties and taxes.
Duties, taxes, and other additional charges related to international shipping are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your country's customs office for the amount of duties and taxes, which vary from country to country.
(6) Tracking and Inquiries
We will provide you with a tracking number after shipment.
(7) In case of absence
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, please contact the shipping company and request re-delivery.
Please check with the shipping company regarding the storage period.
If you fail to receive the merchandise within the storage period and the merchandise is returned, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee, so please make sure you receive the merchandise.
If you wish to resend the product, you will be responsible for the resending fee.
(8)Change of pickup location
If you change the receiving location, an additional shipping fee will be charged.
Please specify the address where you can receive the product when you place your order.
(9)Packages addressed to APO/FPO/DPO/P.O. Box cannot use cheaper shipping methods. Therefore, you may have to pay additional shipping fees or we may need to cancel your order.
(10)If you receive a defective or incorrect product
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will pay the return shipping fee.
We will contact you with a shipping slip for the return shipping fee.
(11)We will not compensate for loss or theft during shipping.
